I agree to hereby hold harmless Bodies of Empowerment (BOE) /Kristin Damrow & Company (KDC) or anyone associated for any damages, sickness, or injuries arising from any physical action by the participant.

I agree that all pictures and videos taken of the participant in class or any other event hosted or associated with the workshop are the property of Bodies of Empowerment/Kristin Damrow & Company and may be used for company use and promotion.

I agree that In the spaces BOE/KDC holds, diverse bodies are celebrated and stories of individuals and communities are honored. BOE/KDC is responsible for the creation and maintenance of a safe, sustainable, unbiased environment for all people, especially for any/all marginalized persons. BOE/KDC prohibits discrimination of any kind as it relates to career stage, age, gender, gender presentation, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, ability, citizenship status, socioeconomic status, marital status, family structure/parental status, religion, etc. 

COVID Protocols 

BOE will be following COVID health and safety guidelines provided by the space class happens, the city of San Francisco, and the CDC.

Accessibility

All BOE spaces will be ADA accessible. All teachers and participants have the space to request accessibility needs prior to attending BOE. BOE will do its best to support any needs requested.
