Class Description
This class offers a well rounded vinyasa practice that keeps the connection between prana (breath) and asana (posture) very present to stay in a constant meditation in movement. It’s a dynamic, offering alignment cues and playful transitions like a dance, and an invitation to try more challenging asanas with a smile and lots of fun.
About the Teacher
I’m Persian, grew up in Paris and am living in San Francisco since 2014. After discovering yoga first in Paris in 2008, in the mean to deepen this new journey, I travelled in India and South Eat Asia, where the inspiration of becoming a yoga instructor struck me. I’ve been teaching since 2013 and loving every class.
