Class Description

Chuck's class is an improvisation based practice that uses play, anatomical and elemental imagery to lead participants through a process of grounding, discovery and tuning into their unique movement instincts. Chuck's classes often build from a slow, inward beginning to a playful encouragement towards increased physicality and stamina. Class can be taken at whatever scale and pace that is desired by each participant.
