Class Description
This class is for connecting to, making friends with, and shedding fear of the floor. With a focus on mechanics and technique, we will practice moving efficiently and powerfully across the floor, learn how to slide and roll and use our joints like springs. We will start low and work up to moving in and out of the floor. This class draws from Ellen's work with David Zambrano (Flying Low) and Hagit Yakira.
