Class Description
During this contemporary class, the focus is on embodying choreography and performance. The majority of the class will be spent learning choreography that is rooted in musicality and intricate movements that feel juicy in the body. We will end class by performing the choreography in small and large groups. This class is a safe and supportive space for you to commit to what feels good in your body and to be perceived in the ways you want to be seen!
