Class Description

Guided improvisation and creative tasks will foster artistic collaboration between participants of different generations. The class experience will provide an easeful warm up, facilitated group discussions, accessible movement modalities, and a technique of generosity that threads between activities and drives investigation of the stories our bodies tell about aging and living. All are welcome, no previous movement experience necessary.
