Class Description
Through prompted improvisation, we'll guide our bodies through the nuance and extremes of our individual experience. From the mania of joy to the beauty of violence, we'll look to tap into our childlike curiosity and sense of play and eliminate the restrictions of judgment, aesthetics, form, and training.
About the Teacher
Macio (he/him) is an artist originally from Oakland, CA who enjoys occasionally dancing, performing, and teaching.
Please pre-register to take a class. The first 30 pre-registered people to show up will get to take class.
What should I bring?
• Danceable clothing that you’re comfortable in!
• Face mask, if desired. Masks are optional in class.
• We recommend taking class barefoot or in socks, some styles in clean sneakers
• Water bottle
